3 jalapenos
4 egg yolks
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 bunch cilantro, stemmed
4 cups canola oil
1 tablespoon garlic

Steps:

  • Blend all ingredients in food processor except oil; slowly pour in oil until emulsified.
