6 TBS Butter
6 TBS Flour
2 1/2 cups grated Gruyere Cheese
2 cups cold milk
Salt & Pepper
5 Extra Large Eggs
3 TBS Chives/Fresh Dill

Steps:

  • Butter 6 cups Souffle Dish Melt butter & Flour - stir 10 seconds, add cold milk, bring to a boil and stir constantly. Add salt & Pepper. Let cool 10 minutes...add cheese, beaten eggs & Dill.
