Steps:
- In a large skillet, brown sausage, onion and garlic; drain off fat. Add water, tomatoes and basil; bring to a boil. Add rice and contents of seasoning packet. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes. Add broccoli and cook 5-10 minutes longer or until liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and parsley. Cover and let stand 5 minutes, or until cheese melts.
