Thyme (dry), 1 Tbsp.
Crushed Red Pepper, 2 Tbsp.
Coarse Black Pepper, 2 Tbsp.
Cumin, 1 Tsp.
Paprika, 1 Tbsp.
Chile Powder, 1 Tbsp.
Olive Oil & Vegetable Oil, 1 cup ea.
Red or White Wine Vinegar, 1 cup
