Steps:
- Combine Strega, vermouth, lemon juice, and bitters in a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice. Shake vigorously until outside of shaker is cold and frothy, about 30 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass; garnish with bay leaf and serve immediately.
