IPA Beer Cheese Dip Recipe - (5/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 package (8oz) cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese (4oz)
1/2 cup shredded Gouda cheese (2oz)
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (2oz)
1/2 cup IPA beer
1 tsp honey mustard
1/8 tsp ground red pepper (cayenne)

Steps:

  • Heat dip over low heat stirring frequently until cheese melts and mixtue is smooth. Serve with chips Note: can use a milder beer but don't go too strong or bitter or the dip will taste bitter too.
