1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded white Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
1/2 cup shredded Gouda cheese (2 oz)
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (2 oz)
1/2 cup IPA beer
1 teaspoon honey mustard
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
Ground red pepper (cayenne)
Sliced green onion
Food Should Taste Good® multigrain or sweet potato tortilla chips

Steps:

In 2-quart saucepan, heat Dip ingredients over low heat, stirring frequently, until cheeses melt and mixture is smooth.
Sprinkle with red pepper and green onion. Serve with chips.

Steps:

Heat dip over low heat stirring frequently until cheese melts and mixtue is smooth. Serve with chips Note: can use a milder beer but don't go too strong or bitter or the dip will taste bitter too.
