Instant Pot Taco Casserole image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 lb ground beef
1 pkg taco seasoning
28 oz can crushed tomatoes
2 dash(es) beef broth
1 small jar jalapenos drained
8 oz elbow macaroni
2 c shredded mexican blend cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Select saute on Instant pot. Cook ground beef until no longer pink. Select cancel on instant pot. Stir in the remaining ingredients except cheese.
  • 2. Secure the lid on the instant pot and select manual and adjust the time to 7 minutes. Once the pot beeps done use quick release and carefully remove the cover.
  • 3. Place cheese on top and replace the top but don't secure it and let it sit until cheese is melted.
