Steps:
- 1. Select saute on Instant pot. Cook ground beef until no longer pink. Select cancel on instant pot. Stir in the remaining ingredients except cheese.
- 2. Secure the lid on the instant pot and select manual and adjust the time to 7 minutes. Once the pot beeps done use quick release and carefully remove the cover.
- 3. Place cheese on top and replace the top but don't secure it and let it sit until cheese is melted.
