3-5 lb beef chuck roast*
1 tbsp kosher salt
1 tbsp fresh cracked black pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 cup red wine
3 cups beef stock
6 oz tomato paste
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
6 cloves of garlic (pressed)
3-4 sprigs of thyme
2 bay leaves
3 long ribs of celery
1 lb carrots
1 yellow onion
1.5 lb baby gold potatoes
2 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp cold beef stock
