Indonesian Braised Pork Shoulder image

Tender flavorful pork over some noodles what more can you ask for

Number Of Ingredients 9

3 pound(s) pork shoulder cut into cubes
1 cup(s) chicken stock
5 tablespoon(s) sweet soy sauce
1 tablespoon(s) dark soy sauce
juice of 1 lemon
1 cup(s) thinly sliced shallots
8 clove(s) garlic minced
2 tablespoon(s) fresh ginger grated
rice or rice noodles for serving

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients in a slow cooker. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours. Serve over rice or rice noodles
