Individual Apple Crisps image

This apple crisp recipe makes enough for two-perfect for sharing on a brisk fall day. And who wouldn't want to share a sweet spiced-apple dessert?

1 oz. PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
dash ground nutmeg
1 large fresh apple, peeled, chopped
4 vanilla wafers, coarsely chopped
1 Tbsp. chopped almonds
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 Tbsp. thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix Neufchatel, sugar and spices in medium bowl until blended. Stir in apples. Spoon into 2 custard cups sprayed with cooking spray; place in shallow pan.
  • Mix wafer crumbs, nuts and butter; sprinkle over cream cheese mixture.
  • Bake 25 min. or until hot and bubbly. Serve topped with COOL WHIP.
