Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Mix Neufchatel, sugar and spices in medium bowl until blended. Stir in apples. Spoon into 2 custard cups sprayed with cooking spray; place in shallow pan.
- Mix wafer crumbs, nuts and butter; sprinkle over cream cheese mixture.
- Bake 25 min. or until hot and bubbly. Serve topped with COOL WHIP.
