Steps:
- Mix all the ingredients in a spice grinder except nutmeg. Store in an airtight container
- In a saucepan over medium heat, add water and bring to a boil. Add black tea, ginger and chai mix. Stir and boil for 3 minutes. Add milk and if desired, sweetness to it. Reduce heat to medium, stir and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and steep for 2 minutes. Strain mixture to a sieve over a cup pressing with the back of the spoon what left in the sieve. Makes 1 cup
