Buffalo Chicken Dip in the Slow Cooker image

Just in time for game day or any time you want an appetizer that tastes great, this slow cooker Buffalo chicken dip comes together quickly and is sure to please. Serve with assorted crackers, tortilla chips, or fresh vegetable sticks for dipping.

2 cups diced, cooked rotisserie chicken
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
8 ounces shredded Colby-Jack Cheese
4 ounces honey-flavored goat cheese, softened
½ cup Buffalo wing sauce
½ cup blue cheese salad dressing
2 tablespoons chopped green bell pepper
1 tablespoon onion, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped celery
1 tablespoon chopped scallions for garnish

Steps:

  • Combine chicken, cream cheese, Colby-Jack cheese, goat cheese, Buffalo wing sauce, blue cheese dressing, bell pepper, onion, and celery in a slow cooker.
  • Cook on Low for 4 hours. Transfer dip to a bowl and sprinkle with chopped scallions.
