IMPOSSIBLY EASY HOLIDAY BREAKFAST BAKE image

Number Of Ingredients 9

2 12 oz pkg bulk pork sausage
1 c chopped bell pepper
1/2 c chopped onion
3 c frozen has brown potatoes
2 cups shredded cheddar
1 c Originla Bisquick mix
2 cups milk
1/4 tsp pepper
4 eggs

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 400 degrees cook sausage, bell pepper and onion over med heat stirring occasionally then drain. Combine sausage mixture, potatoes and 1.5 cups cheese in greased 13 X 9 baking dish 2. Stir Bisquick mix, milk pepper and eggs Pour into baking dish 3. Bake uncovered 40-45 mins. Sprinkle with remaining cheese Bake 1-2 minutes until melted
