1 (12 ounce) package of louis kemp imitation crabmeat
1 egg
3 -4 scallions, chopped
Old Bay Seasoning, to preference
2 dashes Tabasco sauce
1 dash cayenne pepper
flour
egg
panko breadcrumbs
oil (for frying)

Steps:

  • Put all ingredients ending with the cayenne into blender or food processor.
  • Remove from blender and form into large cakes.
  • Dip in flour, egg, then creadcrumbs.
  • Fry til they reach crispiness desired.
