IMITATION CRAB DIP (Great stuff!) image

I love crab dip but when my 3 sons were growing up I couldn't afford crab. In fact, the only crab in the house was ME! I got this recipe from a friend years ago. Number Of Ingredients 5

1 16oz. sour cream
1 8oz. cream cheese room temp
1 pkg. dry ranch dressing
1 small pkg. imitation crab meat (it's cooked already)
ritz crackers to serve on

Steps:

  • 1. In bowl, beat or whisk all ingredients EXCEPT fish. Chop up meat (more like chicken for chicken salad) Stir until blended. Chill a couple hours while flavors marinate. Serve with crackers.
