- Pour into 3 to 4 ice-cube trays; freeze at least 4 hours but no longer than 24 hours.
- Prepare medium-strength coffee, using remaining 1 cup ground coffee and 6 cups water. Place coffee cubes in pitcher; pour coffee into pitcher. Serve with sugar and cream.
