3 cup(s) all purpose flour
1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
2 cup(s) sugar
1 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon
3 - eggs
3/4 cup(s) vegtable oil
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) pure vanilla extract
8 ounce(s) crushed pineapples
2 cup(s) mashed bannas
1 cup(s) pecans
- ************for frosting*************
16 ounce(s) bag of powder sugar
1 stick(s) butter (soften)
8 ounce(s) cream chesse (soften)
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract

Steps:

  • In large bowl, add all purpose flour
  • baking soda,salt,sugar,ground cinnamon
  • eggs,vegtable oil,vanilla
  • Add crushed pineapples and mashed bannas
  • Grease baking pan and bake at 350 for a 45 min to 1 hour until done
  • FOR FROSTING
  • IN large bowl,,, add your bag of powder sugar, 1 stick of butter, tsp vanilla extract, and 1- 8 oz cream chesse,,,
  • Mix well and spread on cool cake
