Hot Virginia Dip image

This is a good low carb dip, when I make it I omit the onions and use Half and Half instead of milk to lower the carb count further. This is very good with celery sticks :)

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 c chopped pecans
2 tsp butter
16 oz cream cheese softened
4 Tbsp milk- i use half & half
5 oz dried beef, minced--rinse before using
1 tsp garlic salt
1 c sour cream
4 tsp onions, minced

Steps:

  • 1. Saute pecans in butter and set aside
  • 2. Mix all ingredients thoroughly
  • 3. Place in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish (sprayed with Pam)
  • 4. Top with pecans
  • 5. Bake at 350 for 30 mins or until bubbly
