Number Of Ingredients 8

1 lg sweet onion chopped
3 8 oz pck cream cheese, soft
2 C fresh grated parmesan
1/2 C Mayo
1/2 t Cayenne
1/4 C finely chp chives, more to garn
kosher salt
pepper

Steps:

  • Combine in processor, onion cream cheese, parmesan, and mayo. till smooth Add cayenne chives and seasonings. Bake in 1 qt dish till hot brown and puffy. Cool a bit and garnish.
