Yield 36 Cookies

Number Of Ingredients 8

1/2 Cup Margerine or Butter (Softened)
1/2 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Honey
1 Egg
1 1/2 Cups Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375. Beat Margerine, Brown Sugar, Honey & Egg in a Medium Bowl on Medium Speed, scraping bowl constantly until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop the dough by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until set & edges are light brown (7-9 minutes). Surfaces of cookies will appear shiny. Let stand for 3-5 minutes before removing from cookie sheet to cooling rack.
