Number Of Ingredients 10

3 lb pork spare ribs or pork loin back ribs, cut into serving-size pieces
3 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp dried minced onion
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/8 tsp garlic powder

Steps:

  • 1. Place ribs, bone side down, on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour; drain.
  • 2. Combine all remaining ingredients in a bowl; brush some of the glaze on ribs.
  • 3. Bake, uncovered, 30-45 minutes longer or until meat is tender, brushing occasionally with remaining glaze.
