1/3 cup CILANTRO STEMS FINELY CHOPPED
3/4 cup CILANTRO LEAVES
4 cloves GARLIC FINELY CHOPPED
3 CHILE DE ARBOL CHRUSHED
5 tablespoons TEQUILA BLANCO
2 pounds SHRIMP LARGE PEELED
1-1/2 teaspoons KOSHER SALT
1 teaspoons BLACK PEPPER
5 tablespoons LIME JUICE
1 BAGETTE FOR SERVING

Steps:

  • HEAT BUTTER & OIL IN LG SKILLET OVER MED-HIGH
  • ADD STEMS, GARLIC & CHILI STIR FOR 1-2 MINUTES
  • ADD TEQUILA COOK OVER MED HEAT UNTIL EVAPORATED. ABOUT 1-2 MINUTES
  • ADD SHRIMP , SALT & PEPPER. COOK 4-5 MINUTES
  • REMOVE FROM HEAT. ADD CILANTO LEAVES & LIME JUICE
