Honey Oat Pie Crust image

This sweet crust goes well with fruit pies. Try it in my Brown Sugar Pineapple Meringue Pie Recipe!

Number Of Ingredients 9

1/2 c sugar
1 c flour
1/2 c oats
2 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 pinch salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 c vegetable oil or melted butter
1 Tbsp vanilla

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl until dough sticks to your whisk.
  • 2. Press into a greased pie dish to shape.
  • 3. Add filling, bake as you would any pie.
