Sirloin Tips image

This is easy and tasty! A win win recipe.... enjoy!

Number Of Ingredients 9

2 lb sirloin tip roast
3 Tbsp olive oil
6 clove garlic (minced fine)
1/4 c ketchup
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 c worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp ground red pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp each: salt and pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Coat large skillet with olive oil. Cut meat into small triangular pieces, put into skillet and brown on all sides over medium heat.
  • 2. Add remaining ingredients, stir together well. Reduce heat to low, simmer with lid on skillet until meat is tender.
  • 3. Serve over egg noodles or rice. *** If you like more gravy, add a brown gravy mix as directed on package during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
