Honey Garlic Moose Recipe - (4.8/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 5

2 cups brown sugar
2 cups water
2 tsp garlic (minced)
1/2 cup soya sauce
2 tbsp honey or more to taste (opt)

Steps:

  • Thicken with cornstarch. Pour over moose & simmer on stove or place in oven. For bottling - Sear meat & put in jars and pour sauce over. Cook for 2 - 2 1/2 hours
