Steps:
- In a skillet cook heat 1 Tbsp oil and cook 3 whole garlic cloves .
- Salt & pepper chicken pieces and add to skillet cooking until temp reaches 165 degrees turning chicken mid way to sear each side.
- Remove to platter. Add 1 Tbsp oil to skillet & add minced garlic . Add honey & mustard, mixing well.
- Add chicken back to pan and cook a couple of minutes more.
- Garnish with green onion and parsley.
