Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350. Rinse chicken breasts and place in glass baking dish.
- 2. In a small bowl, mix honey and Dijon mustard to make a thin sauce. Spoon the mixture completely over the chicken breasts.
- 3. Bake chicken at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes, depending on thickness of breasts. Chicken is done when no longer pink inside and juices run clear.
- 4. Place each chicken breast on a plate, and spoon the sauce drippings in the baking dish over each serving.
