Steps:
- Ok recipe: melt half a stick of butter, while that is melting, separate dry from wet ingredients. Dry: 1 cup flour, 1 cup yellow cornmeal, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon baking powder, 1tsp salt. Mix dry. Wet: 2 eggs whisked, 1 cup milk, 1/4 cup honey. Mix well and combine with dry. By now, butter melted, add to batter and just hand stir well. Add to muffin tins, bake at 400 for fifteen minutes. The whole thong start to finish was 20 min. Literally.
