3 Tbsp honey
Butter Tbsp 8
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic salt
1 c dry parmesean cheese
4 large large, fresh chicken breasts
1-2 c fresh parmesean cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Use 2 Medium to large bowls. Put the dry parmesean cheese into the first bowl.
  • 2. Microwave the honey and the butter into the second bowl until blended.
  • 3. Dip chicken breasts into the bowl with the honey/butter mixture until fully coated. Put a 1/4 c. of mixture aside.
  • 4. Next, remove chicken from honey/butter mixture and sprinkle pepper and garlic salt on chicken.
  • 5. Next, dip chicken into dry parmesean cheese and roll until coated.
  • 6. Spray a cookie sheet with PAM or any cooking spray and lay chicken on the sheet.
  • 7. Before putting into oven, spoon a little bit of the honey/butter mixture on each breast and sprinkle Fresh parmesean cheese on each piece. Cook in 350° oven for 20-25 minutes and then flip the chicken. Spoon more of the honey/butter mixture on each breast again and sprinkle the rest of the Fresh parmesean cheese on each breast. Cook for another 15-20 minutes.
  • 8. Next, make a slit in each breast to make sure the chicken isn't still pink.
  • 9. For the next 5 minutes, set the oven to broil on a low broil until the surface of the chicken is a little browned and crispy and remove from oven.
