2 lb. lean ground beef
24 round buttery crackers, crushed (about 1 cup)
1 large egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. dried minced onions
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
2 Tbsp. honey
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, drained, divided
1/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce, divided
1 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce, divided

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Mix meat, cracker crumbs, egg, onions, garlic powder, honey, pepper, half each of the tomatoes and barbecue sauce, and 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce just until blended.
  • Shape into loaf in 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray; flatten top with spatula. Mix remaining tomatoes, barbecue sauce and Worcestershire sauce until blended; spoon over meatloaf. Cover; place pan on rimmed baking sheet.
  • Bake 1 hour or until done (160ºF), uncovering for the last 15 min.
