HOMEMADE KAHLUA
I cook with Kahlua and this homemade brew is great for that and much cheaper. p.s. makes a good gift too.

Steps:
- Add water and sugar to a saucepan. Boil for 5 minutes.
- Add instant coffee; boil for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add vanilla bean.
- Allow to cool. Add 1 quart vodka. Let sit 2-3 weeks to develop flavor.
- Makes about a half a gallon.
