Number Of Ingredients 6

10 whole cardamom pods
10 whole cloves
6 crystallized ginger slices, each about 1" in diameter
2 small or 1 large California bay leaves
2 cinnamon sticks
1 gallon unflitered cider

Steps:

  • Combine the spices and cider in crock pot and let heat. Also good cold once spices have brewed.
