1 lb. extra-lean ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1/3 cup HEINZ Tomato Ketchup
1 Tbsp. HEINZ Yellow Mustard
6 flour tortillas (8 inch)
1/4 lb. (4 oz.) Queso Blanco VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
3 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled

Steps:

  • Brown ground beef with onions in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray; drain. Return meat mixture to skillet. Stir in ketchup and mustard. Remove from heat.
  • Spoon ground beef mixture onto tortillas; top with VELVEETA and bacon. Fold in half to completely enclose filling.
  • Heat large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add 2 quesadillas; cook 2 to 3 min. on each side or until VELVEETA is melted and quesadillas are lightly browned on both sides. Repeat with remaining quesadillas.
