Holiday Appetizer Pie image

My parents were real partying people, and this could be found at their parties instead of chips and dip. It is to be served hot with crackers.

Number Of Ingredients 8

8 oz cream cheese
2 Tbsp milk
2 1/2 oz jar dried beef snipped fine
2 Tbsp instant onion chopped
2 Tbsp minced green bell pepper
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 c sour cream
1/3 c walnuts minced

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 350. Blend cream and milk. Stir in beef, onion, green bell pepper, and pepper,mix well. Stir in sour cream. Spoon into a 8 inch pie plate. Sprinkle with walnuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve warm with crackers. Enjoy!
