HOLIDAY APPETIZER PIE
My pastor's wife in NY served this at their annual open house and my husband loved it. I make it when we tailgate on the plains in Auburn. Must be served warm with a great cracker.

Steps:
- 1. Blend together cream cheese and milk. Mix well.
- 2. Stir in dried beef, green pepper and onion. Mix well. Stir in sour cream and nuts.
- 3. Spoon into a 9-inch pie plate or shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with chopped pecans. Bake at 350-degrees for 15 minutes.
- 4. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley if desired. Serve hot with crackers.

My parents were real partying people, and this could be found at their parties instead of chips and dip. It is to be served hot with crackers.

- 1. Preheat the oven to 350. Blend cream and milk. Stir in beef, onion, green bell pepper, and pepper,mix well. Stir in sour cream. Spoon into a 8 inch pie plate. Sprinkle with walnuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve warm with crackers. Enjoy!

- Mix all ingredients except pecans and place in oven proof baking dish. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top. Heat through and serve on Triscuits
