HELADO DE PINA - PINEAPPLE ICE image

1 big fresh pineapple, ripe
2 cups ice cubes
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)

Steps:

  • Directions: 1 Peel the pineapple. 2 Remove the heart. 3 Cut the rest of the pineapple in small pcs. 4 Crush the ice. 5 Use the blender to puree the chopped ice, the pineapple, sugar, and lemon juice. 6 Freeze. 7 For best results, the pineapple should be very cold.
