This is a basic turkey chili with a lot of flavor and not a lot of calories.

Steps:
- In a large heavy bottomed pot, brown ground turkey until cooked through. Drain fat. Add onion and pepper and saute until soft. Add the rest of the ingredients to the pot.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Makes about 10-1 cup servings.
