Healthy Summer Chicken Salad image

Chicken salad can taste good and be low fat too (only 4 points plus per 1/2 cup serving). I love chicken salad but don't like how much fat and calories are usually in it. So I came up with this slimmed down version that's good on a bagel, pita pocket, wrap or even on a leaf of lettuce.

Number Of Ingredients 9

3 cup(s) boneless skinless chicken thighs, baked and diced
1/4 cup(s) walla walla sweet onion, finely diced
1/2 cup(s) celery, finely diced
1/4 cup(s) sweet pickle relish
1/2 cup(s) fat free mayo
1 ounce(s) fat free herbed feta crumbled with tomato and basil
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) cj's seasoning (posted on my recipes), or blackened seasoning
1/4 cup(s) fat free sour cream
1/4 teaspoon(s) jd 's bacon salt (optional)

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients well cover and refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving allowing the flavors to blend.
  • Note: You can add more feta crumbles to taste, just add 1 ww points plus per ounce of FF feta.
