Face it we all need to watch our weight from time to time. This is an excellent version of the traditional fattening Chicken Cordon Bleu. It is really delicious.

Steps:
- 1. Heat oven to 350 degree's Put broth in microwave and heat for 30 seconds.Stir in butter and garlic set aside
- 2. Combine bread crumbs,Parm cheese,and paprika in medium bowl,and set aside.
- 3. place a chicken breast 1 at a time in a gallon size ziploc bag or between to sheets of plastic wrap and pound with mallet un 1/4 inch thick.
- 4. Sprinkle all sides of chicken with salt,pepper,and oregano.Top each breast with the Prosciutto ham,and a 1/4 of the Mozzarella cheese.Roll up chicken pieces like a jelly roll.
- 5. Dip the rolled up chicken in the broth mixture.Dredge in bread crumb mixture. Pour remaining broth over chicken. bake for 30 minutes,or until done
