HAVARTI CHEESE MASHED POTATOES
I just love the flavor of Havarti cheese its so creamy and topped on these potatoes it just adds to the creaminess and flavor , I never seem to make just plain mashed potatoes with out adding something for flavor .

Steps:
- Preheat your oven @ 400°.
- Lightly grease a casserole dish and spread the mashed potatoes in the dish.
- Whip the cream until stiff and fold in the cheese and salt.
- Pour the cream mixture over top of the potatoes and spread evenly in the dish.
- Bake uncovered for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown.
