I know there's many recipes for a hashbrown or tater tot casserole. But, here's my take on it. It's great for a side dish, a main dish with meat added to it, and a great brunch dish. Number Of Ingredients 10

1 pkg frozen hashbrowns or tater tots, thawed
1 large onion chopped finely
1 can(s) cream of celery soup undiluted
1 c sour cream
2 c shredded swiss cheese
1 stick butter melted
2 c chopped ham
1/2 c milk
1 c frozen peas, thawed
pepper to taste

Steps:

  • 1. In a large bowl, whisk together soup, sour cream, butter,and milk until blended. Add hashbrowns or tots, onion, cheese, ham and peas. Stir everything together. Pepper to taste. Pour in 9x13 pan and bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 50 minutes until bubbly.
