Number Of Ingredients 6

1 1/2 C white flour (3/4 C for rolling)
1 1/2 C whole wheat or graham flour
1/2 c sugar
1/2 C melted butter
1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt
3/4 C buttermilk

Steps:

  • Mix all, except 3/4 C flour. Let the dough sit for 15-20 minutes. Roll a small amount thinly onto a floured board, using a pegged rolling pin. Bake at 375 for 12 minutes or until slightly browned.
