This super easy casserole is creamy and flavorful. It's simple to throw together with leftover holiday ham and turkey. Number Of Ingredients 14

1/2 c onions; chopped
1/2 c celery; chopped
1/4 c margarine or butter
1/4 c all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c chicken broth or boullion
1/2 c cream or milk
2 c ham; diced
2 c turkey; diced
3 oz can mushrooms pieces; drained
1 tsp poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp Accent seasoning
1/4 tsp salt and pepper
1 can(s) mixed vegetables; drained; 14 oz.
1 can(s) biscuits

Steps:

  • 1. Cook onion and celery in butter; blend in flour.
  • 2. Stir in broth and cream; cook to a boil.
  • 3. Stir in the meat, canned vegetables, mushrooms, and seasonings.
  • 4. Pour into a greased baking dish.
  • 5. Top hot mixture with the biscuits.
  • 6. Bake at 350 degrees until the biscuits are baked.
