HAM & SWISS PUFF PASTRY QUICHE image

Yield 6-8 servings

Number Of Ingredients 10

1-2 puff pastry sheets
1 cup ham, diced
2 cups Swiss cheese, coarselyy grated
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
2 large eggs
1 Tbl fresh rosemary, chopped
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 cup sour cream

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat over to 400 F 2. Unfold pastry sheet. Place in baking dish. Roll up edges slightly as pastry will puff up and out. 3. Layer in ham, cheese, and mushrooms. 4. Beat eggs lightly. Mix in spices and sour cream. Pour over ham, cheese & mushrooms. 5. Bake until golden brown & filling is set, about 25-30 mins. 6. Cool 10 min before serving.
