Ham, Broccoli, Cheese Quiche image

Had to use up that leftover ham from christmas! Be careful with the salt, ham can be very salty. If yours isn't I would add a little.

Yield 1 quiche, 4-6 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 cup ham, diced
2 cups broccoli, in florets (small head)
1 1/2 cups cheese, shredded
6 eggs
1 cup whole milk (can use cream or evaporated milk too)
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
white pepper
salt (optional)

Steps:

  • preheat oven to 375.
  • spray an 8x8 glass pan with non stick spray.
  • sprinkle raw broccoli, ham and cheese in, mixing them together.
  • whisk eggs with milk, dijon mustard and white pepper to taste.
  • pour over the ham/broccoli/cheese
  • bake for 35-40 minutes until set.
  • cool 10 minutes before cutting.
