HALIBUT W/TARRAGON-LEMON BREADCRUMBS image

Number Of Ingredients 11

2 Tbsp butter
1 garlic clove, minced
1 cup coarse bread crumbs
2 tsp minced tarragon
1 tsp finely grated lemon rind
1/4 tsp salt
Freshly ground black pepper
4 5oz halibut or cod filets
4 tsp mayo
2 tsp prepared horse radish
Lemon wedges

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 400F 2. Melt butter in small skillet over medium heat, add garlic and saute 1 minute. Add bread crumbs, tarragon, lemon rind, salt and pepper. Stir well. 3. Place halibut on a parchment lined baking sheet. Combine mayo & horseradish, spread over each filet. Top with crumbs, patting lightly to help them adhere. Bake 10-12 min, or until fish is tender and crumbs are golden.
