250 g peas
1 chopped onion
2 chopped garlic cloves
3 sliced chopped ham
2 chopped chorizo sausage (spanish sausage)
2 chopped tomatoes
7/8 chopped mushroom
1 chopped green pepper
1 chopped red pepper
1 egg
salt
pepper
oil

Steps:

  • Fry the onions, garlic, ham, chorizo, tomatoes, mushrooms, red pepper and greern pepper in a little oil.
  • cook the peas.
  • place the peas on an ovenproof dish.
  • add the onion mixture and season.
  • crack open the egg and place on top.
  • bake until egg is cooked.
