Ground turkey ravioli bake image

This is a creamy delicious, quick meal. You can use beef,but I like to keep the calories down a bit. Calories: 425 Fat: 16 grams Carbs: 40 grams.

Number Of Ingredients 10

2 - 9 oz pkgs frozen cheese filled ravioli, thawed.
1-1/2 pound(s) ground turkey breast
1 large onion, chopped.
6 teaspoon(s) minced garlic
1 - 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes, undrained.
1 - 10.75 oz can reduced-fat, condensed cream of tomato soup
1 teaspoon(s) dried, crushed basil
1 teaspoon(s) dried oregano
1-1/2 cup(s) reduced-fat, shredded mozzarella cheese.
1/2 cup(s) grated parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375. Cokk ravioli as directed, drain. Return to pot and keep warm. In lg skillet, cook ground turkey, onion and garlic over medium heat until turkey is fully browned. Stir in tomatoes, soup, basil and oregano. Gently stirr in ravioli. Spray a 3-quart baking dish w/ cooking spray. Spoon mixture into baking dish. Sprinkle top w/ both cheeses. Bake, uncovered for 20 min, or until heated through.
