GRILLED SWORDFISH WITH BASIL, CHIVE, PARSLEY SAUCE image

Number Of Ingredients 7

o 2 Swordfish Steaks
o 1 Clove Garlic
o Basil (about 6 - 8 leaves per steak)
o Chives (about 10 pieces per steak)
o Lime juice (to taste, approx 1 oz)
o Olive Oil
o Parsley (about 1/8 cup per 2 steaks)

Steps:

  • o Rinse and dry the swordfish, then brush steaks with olive oil o Grill steaks until done (I do well done and it takes about 25 - 30 minutes depending on thickness) o Add all other ingredients in cup and blend with hand blender o Pour over steaks when complete
